The apartment's location is fantastic, with shopping malls and the Barbican just a short distance away. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 200-meter radius. The beds are comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep, and the apartment is well presented, clean, and tidy. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any requests. The apartment offers great value for money, with the whole space available for guests to enjoy.
Finding the apartment can be a little challenging, and some of the windows in the back bedroom open up to a brick wall.

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, and the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. The beds were really comfy, and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making shopping and exploring the area so convenient. We also appreciated the lovely tea and coffee tray provided in the kitchen.
There were a few safety concerns that we came across during our stay. The entrance and outside area had slippery tiles, which could be dangerous when wet.

Stayed at the Smeaton Apartment for a short weekend getaway. Great location, helpful staff, and cozy lighting in the apartment. Loved the complementary tea, coffee, and toiletries provided. Immaculately clean towels. The apartment felt more like a 2-bedroom house with its two levels. Free parking right outside the door made it convenient. Beds were comfortable, shower was lovely, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Central location made it easy to shop and explore the harbor. Highly recommend.
Totally recommend this hotel.
